방역당국 "최근 유럽발 입국 유증상자 중 5% 코로나19 양성" Due to the uptick in the number of imported COVID-19 cases from Europe, health authorities here in the nation are taking stricter measures. Starting midnight tonight local time, all those arriving from Europe will be tested for the virus.
Even those who tested negative will need to be self-isolated for 14 days.

South Korea's health authorities announced on Friday that five percent of recent arrivals from Europe who showed symptoms of the coronavirus have tested positive, adding that this is a remarkably high number.
"When we used to test those coming in from China and other regions showing symptoms for one to two days at Incheon Airport, not many tested positive….So this five percent proves that community spread of the virus in Europe is serious."
Out of all the confirmed cases in South Korea, 86 patients contracted the virus overseas, and of those, 50 had arrived from Europe.
To prevent the spread of the virus, starting from Sunday, all arrivals from Europe will be tested for the coronavirus.
Those who test positive will be moved to a treatment center or hospital.
As an extra precaution, Korean nationals and long-term foreign residents who test negative must self-quarantine for two weeks.
Eight more deaths were reported on Friday in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
The death toll in South Korea now stands at 102.
All eight people were over 75 years old and had underlying conditions.
Health authorities once again urged citizens to participate in social distancing for the time being to prevent further spread of the virus.
People who are not in good health should stay home for 3 or 4 days and take a rest.
Health authorities also urged religious groups to participate in social distancing by canceling religious gatherings.
