John shares a couple stories about teachers and coaches from his past that left unforgettable impressions on how he leads and instructs. He also mentions a need we have here at Warrior Poet Society as we grow and improve. Good Instructors, especially in the tactical training world, are hard to find - and consequently highly sought after. Good Instruction requires a combination of skills, experience, proper motives, and a touch of the inexpressible. In this video, John talks about what he considers to be the attributes of great instructors, touching on his past experiences, how he was impacted and empowered by those who led him, and what he expects of future trainers, instructors, and teachers. You shouldn't sell yourself short on getting education and improving your own skills, and John doesn't want that for you either.
