Bottle fed lambs disruptive now jump up regularly on hay bales

Feeding so many with only two bottle nipples is becoming more challenging as ones fed now jump up into bales to try and get more milk. Puppies play as usual & Pepper rolls about creating loads of hay dust causing me to cough!!! Not a Covid19 cough just a dusty hay cough.
