Varanasi (UP)/ New Delhi, Apr 25 (ANI): After Centre’s decision to permitted shops selling non-essential goods and services to reopen from April 25, some shops in Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar and Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi were seen open after a month.
