It is important to budget your cost for building up a system that you like. It is still okay if you are growing as a prepper. It would be important to you because you are preparing for apocalyptical times. If you are not and growing for interest, you got to be careful with your budget. Let’s say you are growing food and rearing fish to be self sustainable, you have to make sure that the cost of food your grow does not exceed the groceries you buy from the supermarket.
