When times are tough, it can feel wayyy easier to focus on what you don’t have than what you do.
But that sh*t will throw your mindset down the drain, fast!!
Here is a really quick exercise to reframe your “wtf is my life” vibes into real gratitude...
This journal exercise is called Unexpected Gratitude. There are 4 easy steps and you can do it anytime you want to shift into a higher vibe...
1. Thing I Have Trouble Being Grateful For
2. What It’s Taught or Given Me
3. How I’m Reframing this into Unexpected Gratitude
4. What I Want to Learn or Receive Next
Maybe you’re having trouble being grateful for this moment in time...
But when you dig deeper, you realize it’s showing you new parts of yourself and asking you to be with yourself (and your feelings!!) in a whole new way.
You can reframe it into Unexpected Gratitude by being thankful for the money you do have right now, the bills you are able to pay, the extra time you’re able to take to get to know yourself better...
And from there, look at what you want to create or learn next. Maybe you want to write, create, start a business right now.
If you’re feeling stressed or anxious, the best thing you can do is invest in yourself — and create more certainty and security for yourself.
That could be through reading, writing, learning, taking a class.
And of course, through creating a business where you can easily and quickly make money...
Now is a great time to figure out is how to take what you do (your natural gifts), package them and sell them, while changing lives that change other lives.
Money belongs in the hands of the women who know what to do with it (aka you)!
We have a brand new workbook that’s totally free and we are soooo excited to share it with you.
We’ve poured so much love and knowledge into this...
It includes over 25 ways to get hired and make money now 👇🏽
