[Anchor] For voters who are under quarantine for COVID-19, they may only vote once they confirm their intent to vote via text to their local government.
At the voting booth, a 2-meter distance must be kept at all times.
Here's Reporter Shin Hyeon-jun covering the voting guidelines for the self-quarantined.

We have A, who returned from an overseas business trip last week.
Although having no symptoms, they got tested at a clinic near their home and went into a 2-week self-quarantine. It is their third day.
Around lunch time, they received a text on their smartphone.
It was a message confirming their intent to vote during this election.
If they intend to vote, they must report to their local civil servant via phone.
If not, they are unable to vote.
Any COVID-19 quarantined individual like A will receive a text regarding their intent to vote from their local government.
According to the government's guidelines for quarantined voters, registered individuals will receive a text on the 14th by 12 p.m.
After 12 p.m. tomorrow, some people will be registered quarantined individuals.
These individuals must contact their local governments by phone and confirm their intent to vote.
Even if these guidelines are followed, if the individual shows symptoms on the day of the voting, they are not allowed on the polling place.
Also, these individuals are only allowed to go outside from 5:20 p.m. to 7 p.m.
and must either walk or drive their own personal vehicles.
Upon arrival, they must be on standby at a different location before voting.
To prevent contact with uninfected voters, they will vote from 6 p.m.
They must keep a distance of 2 meters, one more meter than the uninfected.
Voting booths will be disinfected after each voter has cast their vote.
