In total, by May 19, the number of coronavirus cases worldwide had almost reached 5 million (4,982,578). The first country in the world for number of cases are the United States of America with 1,570,583 cases (almost a third) followed by Russia with almost 300 thousand and Spain. In strong growth there are also Brazil, which in a few weeks is the fourth nation in the world for number of cases, India and Saudi Arabia which has entered among the top 15 nations in the world.
