Yoga blend! Inspired by somatic experiencing, circular motion, and the stillness of yin. Welcome to our 8th week of quarantine yoga!
In this practice we will work with some subtle somatic movements to release the shoulders and upper back while finding the spiral that moves from hips to the turn of the head. Landing in some longer held yin shapes before we seal the deal with a nice savasana to allow it all to soak in!
