From Jun 18, travellers to Singapore need to be tested for COVID-19, bear cost All travellers entering Singapore from Jun 18 will be subject to a COVID-19 test before the end of their mandatory stay-home notice, even as the country gradually reopens its borders, said National Development Minister Lawrence Wong on Monday (Jun 15), while adding they will have to bear the costs of the test.

"Up to now, the cost of tests and the cost of stay-home notice facilities have been borne by the Government. But looking ahead as we reopen for more travel, we will want to move to a more sustainable position," Mr Wong said.
