INGREDIENTS: 1 kilo pork shoulder (you can use pork belly, pork shoulder, pork roast)
1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 cup hot boiling water
FOR THE SAUCE (GLAZE)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp minced ginger
Pinch of salt & pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
2 tbsp brown sugar

NOTE: Pasensy na po kayo pork belly ang nailagay ko sa video porkk shoulder ginamit ko pero pwedeng-pwede ang pork belly mas masarap.
