Is There A Superior Race?

With the murder of George Floyd we have to ask ourself is there a superior race? It seems these incidents are happening all too regularly. If not for the public outcry many of the perpetrators would walk away freely. Do our governments support some hidden or not-so-hidden forms of racism? Is it ok to do so?
