Mike Flynn's Saga Continues--Meanwhile Will Hillary Clinton EVER Testify?

With the courts showing deference to Judge Sullivan over the Flynn case, there’s little reason to believe the judge’s “judicial adventurism is over.” Unlike in the Clinton case, where the Courts are resistant to defer to the lower court, the DOJ has been very deferential to Judge Sullivan, highlighting a potential double standard.
