Composed of 26 bones, 30 joints, and 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments it's a miracle that they work as well as they do most of the time. When they don't, we end up at our podiatrist's office.

It's time to give your feet a little more love. Today's video features Gail Gensler a yoga instructor at Two Dog Yoga, our local Lake City yoga studio. She demonstrates three exercises that can help you strengthen and increase the flexibility of your feet and ankles.
