Arsenal used a three goal first half en route to a 4-1 win over Rapid Wien in Group B action. Arsenal opened the scoring in the 10’ when Lacazette scored a stunner. From there Pablo Mari doubled the lead in the 18’ and Nketiah added one more in the 44’. Rapid Wien seemed to have found something on offense after Kitagawa scored in the 47’ right out of the half, but that would end up being all they could muster. Arsenal would tack on a goal from Smith Rowe in the 66’ to secure the big win.
Arsenal picked up a huge three points and continued their dominance through group B as they sit atop the group with 15 points and are the only team in Group B with a positive goal differential.
