Biden says no intention to 'substantially change' US policy towards China President-elect Joe Biden said he does not intend to substantially change US policy towards China, but he is aiming to do things a little differently than Donald Trump. Mr Biden plans to ask allies to help the US hold China accountable, but that support may not be guaranteed after four years of an administration that has alienated America’s partners.
