You can say something, or YOU CAN SAY SOMETHING! The tone and the enthusiasm in your voice and the volume and choice of words will influence the type of response that you get. Therefore it is smart to be aware. If your energy level is down, break your pattern... REV IT UP! Then get back at it, but do not continue sounding like a broken record... that will get you nowhere.
