Dark Matter may be stranger than we thought, according to new results from the Hubble Space Telescope. Hubble found that clusters of galaxies produced gravitational lenses about ten times stronger and more frequent than current models of dark matter predict. This new finding by Hubble suggests that small concentrations of dark matter surrounding galaxies appear to be stronger than dark matter across galaxy clusters. It could mean there may be a missing ingredient in dark matter, or perhaps dark matter may behave stranger and stronger than we previously thought.
