Join me for a 30 minute practice for every body (adapt as you need and want) that includes somatic unwinding, fascial stretching, and dynamic flexibility. This movement sequence includes: thoracic rotations, spinal sequencing, arm circles with the wall, and one of my all time favorite practices- the cube.

Our fascia is the architecture of our form and the tissue that organizes our function. In this movement sequence, bring your moving awareness to your moving body and improve the gliding and hydration of your facial matrix.

This movement practice is also sneak peek into IMT (Intelligent Motion Training): a year long program for movement teachers and therapists. IMT includes weekly calls with the community and sometimes we move together for part of our call. The community calls are done via Zoom, so that is why the video quality is average (the audio is great).
