Owning a LAUNDROMAT For a year! (And how much it made this month)

Hard to believe it's been a solid year since I've opened the laundromat, sales are kind of moderating due to the vandalism that's taken place over the last month and a half to two months. However recently i've started the process of getting an entire remodel of the location, so I'm hoping that with the remodel it'll boost the income of this giant side hustle to where I think it should be (I think it should be in the $10k/mo range).

I'm hoping to have the equipment time frame done soon, however with what's going on in the world everything is up in the air.
