One of the most well known Korean food is bibimbap. You can put any vegetables with or without any meat. This rice bowl dish has beautiful color, many flavor and texture. It's easy to make, delicious, and healthy. Our family enjoys eating bibimbap regularly. I hope you and your family enjoy this dish as well. Ingredients:
1 onion
2 zucchini
2 carrots
8 shiitake mushroom
2 Korean cucumbers
5 perilla leaves
4 cups of soybean sprouts
10 oz of spinach
1.2 oz of dry eggplant
eggs
sesame oil
Cooked white short grain rice
bibimbap sauce:
4 Tbsp gochujang
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
ground beef sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 Tbsp brown sugar
1.5 Tbsp rice wine
1/2 minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup grated Korean pear
