10 oz of spinach
1.2 oz of dry eggplant

sesame oil
Cooked white short grain rice
bibimbap sauce:
4 Tbsp gochujang
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
ground beef sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 Tbsp brown sugar
1.5 Tbsp rice wine
1/2 minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup grated Korean pear
