Minimal Impact Workflow with PaperCut

This screencast covers the average print workflow with PaperCut running in silent monitoring mode. In a minimal impact mode PaperCut makes no interruptions to an end user's general print experience. All printing is tracked on the server and recorded in the PaperCut printing database which may be used later for a full print audit.

Sites can build upon silent print monitoring by introducing more advanced print management features. For example, print policy rules can be used for automatic detection and routing of large jobs to high flow printers to maximize efficiency.
