Make sure that you get higher toner yields and print volumes to increase print volumes from each toner and save money. Remember, manufacturers always base toner yields on 5% coverage which isn’t a lot.
Have you got the default settings working in your favour?
You could be wasting time and money if not.
Set your printer to default mono. There’s no need to pay for colour if not required.
Set it to print double sided by default. Paper costs money and this simple step can halve your paper costs (and helping the environment).
Did you check your warranty? What does the small print say…the REALLY small print.
Have you ever had to return a faulty product back to base? It isn’t always that easy and is the case for most standard warranties when there’s a fault.
What happens if you need technical assistance?
Have you considered the level of tech support you might need? Perhaps you’ll be fine Googling and watching YouTube tutorials, but then again you might appreciate a real-life engineer.
