Day 2 is more challenging than day 1 with increase in reps for push-ups, squats, lunges, burpees and increased time to hold plank position.
Remember 80% of weight loss depends on diet and 20% on exercise. So while you are doing the 30 challenge, also focus on eating nutrient dense food, sleeping at least 8 hours per night and drinking at least 2 liters of water per day.
