Recipe

Ingredients
2# Potatoes
1Tbsp AP Flour
1-2 Tbsp seasoning
1 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Fresh herbs

Tools & Equipment
2ea Stock pot or sauce pan
1ea mixing bowl
1ea box grater
1ea vegetable peeler
1ea knife
1ea cutting board

Directions
1. Wash & chop herbs and set aside. scrub dirt off of potatoes in cold water
2. Place potatoes in pot and cover with cold water and salt
3. Bring water to a boil and cook potatoes until they are cooked through but not mushy or soft.
4. Drain potatoes into a colander and place potatoes back into pot and fill with cold water and ice if available to cool the potatoes down enough to handle with hands.
5. Peel skins off of potatoes
6. Grate potatoes on large grate with a box grater
7. Combine potatoes, flour and seasonings into a mixing bowl together and mix together. Mix should be crumbly yet workable and slightly dry.
8. Form desired shape
9. Heat oil in sauce pan or pot and pan fry or deep fry until golden brown crispy, between 3-5 minutes and serve.
