If you have checked your device is compatible and you are still having technical issues, please contact your school with the following information to allow them to raise the support query:
• Please describe the issue the student experiences when they try to log in, including the process your child is following to log in.
• On what devices are the issues occurring? Please provide the make, model, and version of OS, if possible.
• When did this issue begin to occur?
• Has your child logged in previously at home?
• If on a desktop, what version of the browser is being used? You can go to www.whatismybrowser.com to find that information.
• Is the issue intermittent, or does it happen every time your child uses the program?
• If there are error screens, do you remember what they said?
