In this video I talk about 2 practises that can assist you energetically in making "space" for the soul. And whilst I use the word "soul" know that it is merely a label we might use to describe your highest energetic aspect or potential. My work is such that I offer fairly complex and possibly even "unknowable" truths in a way that can be easily understood in our human form and with our practical minds. I offer these teachings with the intention for your highest good and healing. In this video, I give credit to one of my gurus, who I was blessed to meet face to face, Jon Kabat-Zinn - and yes, you changed my life :-) and then also to the HeartMath Institute for the concept of HeartMath and coherent breathing, which led to more understanding than may have been possible without having come across these teachings.
