I wanted to make this concept into an experiment, and live with a little more resistance than normal, in some aspects of my life. These were the rules:
- No sleeping in, no snoozing, right up at 05 AM.
- Run 8 km (5 miles) every morning.
- No streaming after 6 PM to encourage night reading.
- No sugar consumption.
- Only cold showers for the whole week just to add to the discomfort.
I encourage you to try a version of this yourself. Begin by removing one comfort for a week and see how much you appreciate it when you introduce it back into your life!
