Cost Basis Spreadsheet:
On the spreadsheet it says "Debit (0 if exp)" which means enter a 0 if the option expired and you never paid a debit to close the trade.
While I discuss 4 possible outcomes, there are certainly more. For example, the type of rolling strategy I discuss is called rolling "down and out", meaning rolling down in strike and out in expiration. If your option is OTM but close to expiration, you may just roll "out", keeping the same strike, to collect more premium. Another possible outcome would be buying-to-close for a loss. This could happen if your put becomes ITM, you aren't able to roll for a credit, and you decide you really don't want to hold shares of the underlying.
I encourage you to use this video as a very solid base for your studies, but not necessarily a be-all end-all of cash-secured puts. It's a complete guide to get you started and to be able to successfully trade these, but there is still more to learn about this strategy if you'd like to dig deeper and squeeze every dollar out of cash-secured puts. I only briefly touched on topics referring to maximizing your return, like implied volatility and analyzing your premium collection as a return on investment (ROI).
