100 push ups & sit ups for 30 Days

100 push ups & sit ups for 30 Days I did 100 push ups and sit ups for 30 days. This challenge was merely to see if I visually saw any differences in my muscle tone. I did not do this to try to lose weight, although I did lose a few pounds. I just wanted to show a normal guy's 30 day transformation.
